Indigenous varieties such as Inzolia, Perricone, Nerello Mascalese, Alicante, Nero d’Avola and Grillo as well as international grapes like Chardonnay, Merlot, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Sauvignon are grown according to traditional farming methods and organic principles, which are respectful of the natural environment and of the grapevine’s needs and have bee
