IL CONTADINO E IL MARE is a newly built country house, situated a few miles from the sea in open countryside surrounded by the peacefulness of the sweet hills of the Marche. Located just a few kilometers from Porto Recanati, Osimo, Ancona, from the Natural Park of Monte Conero, the cultural centers of Recanati, Loreto, Macerata, Montelupone etc ... and from the centers of Marche Footwear where you can find a lot of Outlets for your purchases. The structure is small (just six units), family-run, apartments have a light and modern décor and are all equipped with air conditioning. To receive you, you will find "Lulu" a cute pony and beautiful horse "Buzzitta".

The B&B Antegiano is located in the municipality of Belforte del Chienti, an easily-accessible village of 2,000 inhabitants, perched on a hill overlooking the valley of the river Chienti, between the National Park of the Sibillini Mountains and the coast. The property consists of two buildings, the main one (where the owners reside) being a stone and brick country house. At only five meters from the main house, a former hayloft has been recently renovated and turned into a comfortable guest house. A great deal of attention at B&B Antegiano is paid to reducing the environmental impact of the human activities and making the energy management of the property fully sustainable, as evidenced by the installation of photovoltaic panels and efficient heat pump system for heating and cooling the rooms. The property is surrounded by three hectares of farmland with a wood planted by the owners, an olive grove, a large number of fruit trees and vegetable garden. Available to the guests there are three double rooms, all provided with private bathrooms and a panoramic view of the surrounding countryside, the village of Belforte del Chienti and the Sibillini Mountains.
