The B&B Antegiano is located in the municipality of Belforte del Chienti, an easily-accessible village of 2,000 inhabitants, perched on a hill overlooking the valley of the river Chienti, between the National Park of the Sibillini Mountains and the coast. The property consists of two buildings, the main one (where the owners reside) being a stone and brick country house. At only five meters from the main house, a former hayloft has been recently renovated and turned into a comfortable guest house. A great deal of attention at B&B Antegiano is paid to reducing the environmental impact of the human activities and making the energy management of the property fully sustainable, as evidenced by the installation of photovoltaic panels and efficient heat pump system for heating and cooling the rooms. The property is surrounded by three hectares of farmland with a wood planted by the owners, an olive grove, a large number of fruit trees and vegetable garden. Available to the guests there are three double rooms, all provided with private bathrooms and a panoramic view of the surrounding countryside, the village of Belforte del Chienti and the Sibillini Mountains.

The Civic Tower, also known as Torre Maggiore or Torre dell'Orologio, dates back to 1492. It was built by Matteo d'Ancona. After deep restorations dating back to 1653, the tower was completed. It has a height of about 64 m. The building has particular decorative architectural elements of the time. The heart of the tower is given by the beautiful clock. From the terrace of the Tower you can admire a view that includes an area that extends from the Sibillini mountains to the sea. It is now open to the public.
