Monterubbiano

The Civic Archaeological Museum of Monterubbiano was opened in 1905 to host the numerous archaeological finds found in the area. The Museum is located at the cultural center of San Francesco, in the historic center. Inside we can admire the collection of coins by Dr. Stefano Mircoli, 500 pieces from various eras, necklaces and bibs, pendants that stand out in type and quantity.

The Silvio Zavatti Polar Museum is one of the most important museums in Italy, the only museum aimed at Italian arctic research. It is placed at the Polar Geographic Institute.
