Developed and designed to be in harmony with the environment, it was built by following ecological guidelines as the photovoltaic system, the heating of water with solar thermal panels, air conditioning with heat pump and geothermal system, rainwater harvesting, low energy lighting.

We offer a small apartment on the ground floor, with private entrance and free parking. Inside there is a living room with a sofa bed, a TV, free Internet access with wi-fi and a full kitchen with oven and microwave. The apartment has a double bedroom with TV and a private bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Sheets and towels are included. Raggio di Sole B&B is situated in a private apartment with elevator, on the fourth floor of a building along the Venetian Walls of Verona. The B&b is near the historical center of Verona and close to all major city sites and monuments, 1km away from the central square of the city, Piazza Bra, where you can find the world famous Roman Theater Arena, and 400m from Juliet's tomb, where many people get married. The Mansarda is the ideal place in order to perform a complete visit in Verona and its neighborhood , because of its strategic position. From the B&B is extremely easy to reach Verona Fair, the railway station, and public transports which link Verona with Garda Lake and wine and mountain locations. Raggio di Sole B&B has got two double bedrooms; one bathroom with shower; spacious lounge and kitchen with microwave, kettle for tea and coffee machine for breakfast. Everything in a nice and characteristic environment typical of a mansard.

Twelve kilometers in length,from the breakwater of San Nicolò to that of Malamocco,the two extreme ends of the beach are left untouched.Over one-hundred meters wide in parts,the beach has made the Lido’s fortune thanks to the very fine velvet golden sand.The finest names in world have been walking on this sand since the time of luxurious pavilion,built for the exclusive use of the royal family in the second half of the 19th century. Our property is 300 meters from “ Venezia Spiagge” beach,where is possibile to rent umbrellas and long-chairs,daily or weekly.
