The International Museum of Glass of Art and Thermal Baths showcases more than 700 pieces of glass art. The Butterfly House of Montegrotto is the first built in Italy, a small Amazon at the foot of the Euganean Hills. Inside, hundreds of butterflies fly free, along with other animals typical of the rainforests of the Amazon, Asia and Africa. The intent of the structure is certainly educational, with the organization of workshops open to everyone on public holidays. Next to the Butterfly House are the Forest of Fairies, a large park populated with large trees and fairy tale beings, and Aquatica, a path between greenhouses to discover the aquatic animals that live in the rainforests.
