Located on the shores of Lake Garda, it extends over the hills facing and for the climatic characteristics of the area, softened by the presence of the lake, has sub-Mediterranean vegetation with olive trees, cypresses and vines. Typical of the Municipality of Castelnuovo del Garda is therefore the wine “Moro del Castel” made of “Morella” grapes, from which the name, which is laid, as per legend, in the cellars of the Castle after the ancient Ceremony of the collective pressing of the Grape Festival.

There are countless events, almost all of which are popular, taking place in the territory throughout the year. They remember the feast of the “Madonna di Campagna”, the “Guest” party and the “sport” festivals. Of particular importance is the grape festival that is characterized by the intent to qualify the market for grapes and wine in the area; born as a market exhibition, over time it turned into a real grape festival adorned with cultural moments.
