The beautiful Anterselva Valley extends for 18 km, the theater, every year, of the Biathlon World Cup. Five hamlets make up the municipality: Rasun di Sotto and di Sopra, Anterselva di Sotto at 1135 m; at a hundred meters further north there is Anterselva di Mezzo and just over 1500 m there is the small town of Anterselva di Sopra: a handful of houses and farms grouped around a small church.

Among the natural beauty of the valley stands out the delightful lake of Anterselva at more than 1600 m. admired the green and the transparency of this body of water continue towards the Stalle Pass, a stone's throw from the Austrian border.

Another precious natural resource is the Vedrette di Ries Natural Park: the tourist office of the center of Anterselva di Mezzo offers visitors an exhibition of the Park. Those who want to know the history and art of this valley will have to visit the churches, in particular, the sixteenth-century church of Santa Valburga in Anterselva di Sotto and that of S. Giuseppe in Anterselva di Sopra. Testimony of the peasant civilization are then the stube of the Bruggenwirtz Hotel and the Weger winery, artistic goods subject to protection.
