In the heart of the magical territory of the Langhe, surrounded by magnificent vineyards, stands like the roses that grow along its romantics alleys, the ancient village of Monforte d'Alba. Monforte is a small but very rich center, where you can find history, nature, art, culture, sport, fun, typical restaurants and of course the precious Barolo wine, which here it finds its splendor.

The village is of very ancient origin, traces of settlements dating back to the Neolithic period and fragments of the Roman era have been found, and it owes its name to the castle surrounded by walls that rose in the early Middle Ages on top of the hill around the year 1000.
