The Small Parish Museum of Gignod was built in 1979 in the rectory of the basilica built in the fifteenth century. Torre dei Balivi (Tour du Baillage)

The tower was built in the twelfth century by De Palais. The structure was built over the foundations of the Roman walls. He took the name "Balivo" as in the fifteenth century it was the seat of the bailiff of the time and, consequently, hosted the prisons and the courts.
