Our B & B is located in Flat, common on the Appennines, about 12 km from Bologna and 200mt. above sea level. Far from the chaos of the city but well served by public transport, make it a peaceful stopping point where you can appreciate the friendliness of the "past" in the locals, and be a moment later in the center of Bologna under the two towers, at the fair for business or in the arcades for a shopping spree. There is a small apartment in a cottage with separate entrance consists of large fully equipped kitchen, living room with armchairs convertible into comfortable single beds, double bedroom with access to the garden and bathroom. There is the possibility of adding a single bed. You will find the food basket for breakfast self-contained within the kitchen and you can decide to consume it directly in the apartment or in the garden under the gazebo, without time restrictions. The whole area is served by wireless internet 24/24 free. Supplied with bed linen and bath with single-dose packages of bubble bath, soap, shower caps, etc. Large free car park
