Castello Superiore

The castle, the oldest in the area, was the heritage of the German noble family Attems, later became the property of the Moosburg family. Construction and architecture have German origins. In the 12th century, the first document of the castle was found, which was highlighted and partly restored in the mid-70s. Over the past few years, many excavation campaigns have been organized, where various ancient materials have been discovered.
