Our B & B is located in Flat, common on the Appennines, about 12 km from Bologna and 200mt. above sea level. Far from the chaos of the city but well served by public transport, make it a peaceful stopping point where you can appreciate the friendliness of the "past" in the locals, and be a moment later in the center of Bologna under the two towers, at the fair for business or in the arcades for a shopping spree. There is a small apartment in a cottage with separate entrance consists of large fully equipped kitchen, living room with armchairs convertible into comfortable single beds, double bedroom with access to the garden and bathroom. You will find the food basket for breakfast self-contained within the kitchen and you can decide to consume it directly in the apartment or in the garden under the gazebo, without time restrictions.
