Select the region and area about which you want to write from the dropdown menu, then move tO the location choice and enter a title for your story.
Once you have chosen the title, include a brief summary of your reportage, a few lines that will help our users to identify the most important and significant moments in your travel experience.
Once inserted the summary, copy and paste your reportage in the text area. Please, remember to always pass the text in an editor as Notepad to “clean” it from any formatting errors, especially when using a writing program like MS Word or Open Office Writer.
Remember that the texts must have a minimum and maximum lenght between 1200 and 1400 characters including spaces, that they must be unpublished (therefore never been published on other sites and not be published elsewhere even after) and that posting a reporatge means to grant rights of use and publication to VisitItaly.it / VisitItaly.com, the owner of Visit Italy .
Does your reportage exceed 1400 characters? Would you like to highlight different aspects of a single destination or to share different moments of your vacation?
No problem: split your reportage in different articles, add details and highlight different aspects of the places you've visited, enrich it all with new pictures and describe the best and more significant moments of your trip by giving each of them a different cut.
Each article will compose a complete and useful travel guide, a practical tool for all Visit Italy’s users to arrange their holiday in Italy.

Please remember always to insert tags before sending your guide to our staff to be published. A tag is a simple keyword, a term associated with a text, an image or a video that describes and summarizes the effective content.
Tags are used to categorize content and facilitate the search, an even more practical tool to help readers to find your travel experience.
Let's make an example: would you like to write a reportage about Rome and you have visited the Coliseum, Piazza di Spagna (Spanish Steps) after having eaten a plate of Bucatini all’amatriciana in a Trastevere restaurant?
Add tags like "Rome", "Coliseum", "Spanish Steps", "Bucatini all’amatriciana" and "Trastevere" to your reportage: with this practical and effective method the readers looking for a guide on these topics will be able to find your reportage on Visit Italy in a faster and easier way!
