The complex of two floors building placed in the middle of its gardens, overlooks the marina of Punta Ala where you can find restaurants,bars,grocery store,backery,newsagent,tobacco shop,chemist,some shops and a cash dispencer. During summer in the sandy inlet near the local Yacht Club there is a small bathing establishment where you can rent chairs and umbrellas. On the other side of the coastline there is the nearest pubblic beach. If you like better comfort, the prestigeus bathing establishment of Punta Ala are five minutes car distance.

Each flat has tv,telephone,free wi-fi,heating,car place,balcony (some sea view) or outer private space. Launderette with washing machine and dryer available for all the guests.Small children playground in the green area of the complex.Because of the position and the structure of the building the residence is not suitable for disabled people.Pets are not allowed.

Open all year.We offer special prices for events organized by local Yacht Club and Golf Club.It is possible to book dayly staying from October to May. We have green fee conventions for golf players.
