The 2 rooms, each consisting of an entrance room and a double bedroom with a small bathroom with shower and toilet, are located on the first floor of a former street house at a distance of about 60 m from the national railway. Without kitchen, they are equipped with air conditioning, refrigerator and television with the possibility of inserting a single bed for a third person in the anteroom. The house is surrounded by its own land and private parking space and is about 400 meters from a beautiful free beach, a splendid blue sea awarded with the Blue Flag 2022: in the area of Castagneto Carducci, Marina di Donoratico, Bolgheri and other nearby locations. you can find restaurants, pizzerias, trattorias where you can taste excellent fish and meat dishes with wine tastings now famous all over the world. We, Arturo and Marzia, live on the ground floor of the house and are at your disposal for any information to facilitate your stay.
