What to see and what to do in Palazzo d'Assisi

The farmhause is set on a hill in Umbria, "the green heart of Italy". In this area there are many medieval buildings such as castles and abbeys. The surrounding countryside is luxuriant and green which contributes to the sense of pace and relaxation which our property offers to discerning holidat-makers. Our Agriturismo has about 9 hectares of farm land, cultivated without the use of chemicals pruducts. Our Agriturismo consists of 3 apartaments-2 sleeping 2 or more and the third sleeping two.

Deep in the quiet of Umbria’s countryside, Le Cerque is an oasis of peace surrounded by 22 hectares of park, partly dedicated to our own production of olive oil and wine. The original farmhouse, recently renovated, dates back to the 1600s and benefits from a magical 360-degree view of the surrounding hills. The pool on top of the hill offers the best panorama that stretches out as far as the eye can see. Just two hours away from Florence and Rome, in the heart of Italy, Le Cerque is an ideal place to reach several historic towns in Umbria and Tuscany while resting in an oasis of nature. The only noises that can be heard are the distant bells of the nearby churches and the chirping of birds. Le Cerque is what we Italians call agriturismo, a farm stay where you can reawaken traditional habits, living closely with nature and eating healthy, locally-produced food, with the best comforts of modern life.
