2. ACCESS TO THE WEBSITE

2.1 Visit Italy allows you to use this website referring only to the following terms and conditions:

- The use of the website is allowed for personal use only and not for commercial purpose;

- You will not be allowed to copy or distribute any part of the website without previous authorization written by a competent authority of Visit Italy;

- You may not modify or alter any published part of the website;

- The user after registering should declare to have understood and read all terms and conditions of use of the website, including the authorization to the treatment of personal data.

2.2 In order to access to some parts of the website you must create a “User Account”. Your user account will be strictly personal and it will not allow the use to third parties, if not with previous personal and written authorization.

3.2 Using the website and once you have published the material, Visit Italy will not guarantee privacy of the user.

3.3 The registered users are the only responsible for their insertions and of the consequences related to their diffusion and publication. The user and the moderator must confirm and guarantee the property and uniqueness of the licenses, the rights, the contents of the inserted material and authorize Visit Italy to disclose it for internal commercial scope.

3.4 Undersigning the conditions of insertion and use of your material uploaded on Visit Italy, you agree:

- That Visit Italy is the only mandatory and have the license to use, reproduce, distribute the unpublished material inserted for commercial purposes, in any format and by means of any media without commissions.

3.5 According to the conditions of use, the user should not:

- Upload material already undersigned with a specific copyright, protected by commercial secret or property of third parties, unless having permission by such third parties.

- Insert illegal, obscene, defamatory, slanderous, threatening, pornographic, racist politically or religiously offensive material, inducing to illegal, criminal acts or violating any law and that is in any way inappropriate and not in conformity with public decency.

- Publish false and insidious news, writing inaccurate information which could damage the image of Visit Italy and of involved third parties.

- Send job offers/requests.

- Pretend to be other subjects.

3.6 Visit Italy does not retain responsibility and does not share any opinion, recommendation, suggestion expressed inside the material published by third parties.

3.7 Visit Italy does not permit any activity breaking copyrights and violating intellectual property rights in the website.

3.8 Visit Italy will remove all the material inserted whenever it breaks the rules at point 3.7, without giving notice in advance to the user.

3.9 Visit Italy will stop the access of the user to the website, if he breaks the above mentioned rules. Visit Italy also retains the right to decide whether the uploaded material is in conformity with public decency, evaluating it according to rules at point 3.5, without giving notice to the user.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

4.1 The content of the website, except for the material inserted by users, including: texts,software, guides, flash programs, graphs, pictures, musics, sounds, videos, interactive material and trade marks, services marks and logos, is exclusive property of Visit Italy, subject to the copyright and intellectual property rights, according to Italian Law on the subject and to international conventions.

4.2 The content and the marks present in the website are given to the moderator for personal use and cannot be copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, disclosed, exposed if not with previous written authorization by the respective license owner.

4.3 The contents supplied by the visitors will be used by Visit Italy in the formats, times and places considered most appropriate.

5. GUARANTEES AND LIABILITY LIMITS

5.1 Each user and each moderator is responsible for the personal use of the website. Visit Italy does not guarantee that the contents published by third parties on the website and in related links are correct and reliable, as it is not responsible and does not respond to any damage (direct, indirect, accidental, punitive...) for:

- Errors, inaccurate contents;

- Personal injury or image damages, of any nature resulting from insertion by third parties on the website;

- Any transmission interruption from/to the website,

6.1 We confirm to protect and insure Visit Italy, its products and its staff (clerks, agents, area managers) , to and from any complaint, damage, obligation, deriving from:

- Any complaint deriving from material inserted by the user causing damages to third parties.

7. DUTIES

7.1 The conditions of use above mentioned, the rights and licences given, cannot be transferred or given, and their attribution must be made by Visit Italy without restrictions and previous notice.

8. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

8.1 Visit Italy retains the right to modify at any moment and without giving notice the terms of use, according to laws in the subject. Such changes will become mandatory as soon as notice will be given on the website. The user will read and confirm the conditions and terms of use with the changes brought in order to keep on accessing the website and its services.
