Arezzo is a beautiful art and cultural rich in art city which awaits you to make you live wonderful moments in your Italian trip. Arezzo is an ancient city of Etrurian origin, location of many craft arts linked to gold and silver works and hosting a rich historical, artistic and cultural heritage.

If you love art and craft made works Arezzo is a city for you absolutely worth of a visit. Town of culture, history and typical Tuscan elegance Arezzo is easy to get to by car such as by train. One day is probably enough to visit Arezzo, as the city is quite small. For thoose that want to stay overnight the city offers a quite good range of hotels, b&b an other accomodations.

The main train station is located at the entrance of Arezzo’s historical centre, making it very easy to visit especially for backpakers. Me and my friend we went to Arezzo during our Italian trip a couple of years ago, and we remained very impressed by the atmosphere which permeates this city: visiting Arezzo is in fact as making a trip back in time, thanks to its important and charming historical heritage.

Some wonderful places to visit in Arezzo are the Fraternità dei Laici Palace, the Bigazza Tower, The Saint Francis Church, Giorgio Vasari’s home and the Roman Theater.

Before leaving Arezzo i give you an advice: do not miss the incredible tuscan cuisine of this delicious city, you won’t forget it anymore!
