Torre della Tromba

According to testimonies, the Tower was erected around the twelfth century. The current appearance of the tower is the result of a deep restoration that took place in the '800, which gave it a neoclassical style. Inside there are numerous stucco decorations, carefully curated by Antonio Giongo. Today, the tower hosts several exhibitions and events in the area.

Case Cazuffi-Rella

These are two adjacent buildings dating back to the sixteenth century. Both are characterized by the frescoes on the facades, the work of the painter Fogolino. They are typical palaces, of a secular character. On the left façade, characters and scenes from classical mythology are depicted, while on the right side the themes of Virtue, Time, the Triumphs of Love, Apollo and Abundance.

Mausoleo di Cesare Battisti

The Mausoleum of Cesare Battisti was built in 1935 and was designed by Ettore Fagiuoli. The circular structure rests on a stone base that carries a tombstone dedicated to Cesare Battisti. The monument is located on the hill of Doss Trento and is now well preserved.

Torre Verde

The Green Tower is located near the area of the walls of Teodorico, in Trento. According to archaeologists, studying the walls of the building, we trace the origin of the Tower, which was erected in the Etruscan era. Palazzo Thun

The Palazzo Thun in Trento was built in the mid-16th century in Renaissance style and consists of several buildings, a chapel and a tower. The interior of the palace was modified according to the neoclassical style at the behest of Count Matteo Thun in 1830. Badia di San Lorenzo

The abbey of S. Lorenzo di Trento was built by Benedictine monks between 1166 and 1183, and is one of the best examples of Romanesque architecture in the city. The structure has often been the subject of events that damaged its construction, ultimately the bombings of the Allies in the 20th century. It was restored in 1955. Today it is a place of high spirituality, charity and communion among the inhabitants of the area.

Palazzo Galasso

Palazzo Galasso was built at the beginning of the '600, according to the project by Pier Maria Bagnadore. The structure has classic elements and Palladianism, both outside and in the interior. It is called “Devil's”, since the work on the construction of its façade ended in less than six years, and for the time of that time, it was an extremely short period.

The Geremia Palace was built in late 1400, on commission by Giovanni Antonio Pona. The structure has elements of Gothic style inside, and Renaissance style on the outside. Palazzo Salvadori

Palazzo Salvadori was built during the 16th century, the work of Lucio di Pietro. The structure was erected on the plant of an ancient synagogue of the Jews, and has Renaissance architectural elements. The decorations on the façade have a religious character: the medallions of Martyrdom and the Glory of Simonino, created great controversy among the Jewish community of Trento. Currently, the building is well preserved.

Palazzo Tabarelli

The palace was built in the '500 on the installations of some previous medieval buildings. It took its name from the Tabarelli de Fatis, who commissioned its construction. The structure is a typical example of the Renaissance style, and was designed by Alessio Longhi. From the excavations on the area below, ancient Roman testimonies have been discovered. Today the structure is in an excellent state of preservation.

Casa Balduini

Castello di Torre Franca

The Castle of Torre Franca was built in the twelfth century. It is composed of four cylindrical towers. During World War II, the castle hosted a military hospital. Today the castle is private property.

Torre Vanga

The Vanga Tower was erected in the thirteenth century at the behest of Prince Frederick Vanga, from whom it also took its name. Palazzo del Monte was built around the fifteenth century, and is located on one of the most vibrant areas of Trentino. The structure has elements of the Renaissance style, but also of the Gothic - Venetian one. The building is characterized by the numerous frescoes on the facade, where in the center there is the myth of Hercules, and the famous trifora with a balcony on the first floor. The plant has undergone several restorations over the years, and today it is in a good state of preservation.

Palazzo Trautmannsdorf

The structure dates back to the beginning of the '500. The building was named after the Trautmannsdorf, the first to own it. The structure is a typical example of the Trentino Renaissance and has very regular compositional elements. The decorations belong to the late Renaissance, since they had arrived only after the restoration of the '800. Today the building is home to the Istituto Trentino del Vino.

Torre Massarello, also known as the “Arcidiaconale”, was built during the Middle Ages. It took its name from Angelo Massarelli, a famous personality in the religious world of the time, who lived for several years inside the tower itself. The structure has late Gothic architectural elements, while the rooms are decorated with frescoes and special ornaments. Today, the building is in an excellent state of preservation, and it can be visited by the public.

Palazzo Sardagna

The Palazzo della Sardagna is a majestic structure built by the family that bears the same name and thanks to which it has the same shapes and characteristics of today. It is a palace that reflects the Trentino Renaissance and Baroque style as it was built in the transitional phase of the eighteenth century. The Sardagna family coat of arms is visible at the entrance. Only the rooms of the museum are accessible to the public.

The palace was erected during the 16th century, on commission of the Calepini family, from which it also took its name. The structure has architectural elements of the '500, typical of the late Renaissance style. Inside, there are numerous paintings of eighteenth-century origin. Currently, the building houses the Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio di Trento.

The palace dates back to the '500, took the name of Carlo Firmian, who was born in that building. The structure has architectural elements of the late Renaissance, while the decorative ones can be dated in different periods. The building was restored several times, this also changed the original appearance of the building, but the frescoes and other works inside remained intact. Currently, the building is home to the Cassa di Risparmio.

Chiesa di Sant'Anna

The Church of Saint Anne was erected in the late fifteenth century. On the portal there is the emblem of the Uldaric Vicar of Lichtenstein. The structure has elements of the late Gothic, combined with the Renaissance ones, the result of various renovations over the years. The interior was restored during the 90s, and during this restoration various architectural and decorative details never discovered before were detected were taken over.
