After a professional life as a businessman, I decided to sell everything in change of a large countryhouse. With my wife, we moved to the most beautiful hills in Piedmont, growed a vineyard, and we are now enjoying the company of a dog, 8 cats and dozens of other animals. We rent apartments in our property in order to enjoy also the company of our guests. Private entrance to each apartment. Next to the apartments, a 10 x 5 meter swimming pool in the garden, with outdoor furniture, in the sun as well in the shadow. Terraces and/or loggias. Optionals as sauna, hammam, billiards. The property has a nice view over the valley, a cellar where the house wine is produced and bottled, a clubhouse where the wine can be tasted after a walk in the vineyards. The property park (25.000 square meters) is available for pleasant walks, and includes a small pond where ducks and gees turn around, and a three-hole practice golf course. Not far, many interesting medioeval cities, Asti, Alba, Alessandria and Acqui, can be visited and Torino. Cascina San Martino is located in the land of the great Piedmont wines: BAROLO, BARBARESCO,NEBBIOLO,BARBERA, DOLCETTO and MOASCATO.

Between the two units there are a large courtyard parking for cars the summer garden and bbq area and small above ground pool. Our rooms are equipped with every comfort TV private bathroom with shower Wi-Fi while the fireplace room and kitchen are shared. We are in the countryside but 5 minutes from the city of Asti, so rich in historical monuments like the Gothic Cathedral, the Collegiate Church of San Secondo its famous towers abbeys Vezzolano and Don Bosco and a few miles from the city's gastronomic Alba, Barolo , Canelli appreciated for its underground cathedrals which produces and maintains the well-known wine Muscat.
