Iseo is the main city in the southern part of Lake Iseo, and it is a small but very beautiful town. I come here often over the weekend.
Here is a beach here, so the place is rather crowded on summer weekends, but many also come on Sunday because of the antiques market. It's worth seeing it! The center has many small shops, you can do shopping very well!

We usually start from here for Peschiera di Monte Isola. With the boat it takes about half an hour, and then reach the highest island in Europe, in Monte Isola. I have always come down to Peschiera, from here you can go for walks to the next nearby city, and after returning with the boat again, or rent a bicycle and go around the island. It's 7 to 8 kilometers. On the mountain, which is up to 600 meters high, there is also a sanctuary, to visit it you have to climb the mountain, or you can also take the bus.

Guided tours are organized from the company of navigation to the lake, with which you can also discover the other places of the lake, the most important monuments, also in combination of a dinner or dance and music.
