Ligurian towns and villages have many characteristics in common. The village of Ameglia, despite being located in Liguria, in the province of La Spezia, has a completely different character. Ameglia is located on top of a hill and overlooks the last stretch of the Magra river that ends in the sea of the Gulf of Poets.
