Azienda Agricola Ponte Piana S.a.s. dei Fratelli Gafà
Ponte Piana produces and sells extra-vergin biologic olive oil and Monti Iblei's PDO (protected designation of origin) oil. It's a monocultivar oil, obtained solely by olives of the variety "tonda iblea". It's an exquisite, award-winning variety, which has triumphed in both national and international oil contests in the last decade.
