Oasi di Serranella

The Serranella Oases were created in 1981 by an artificial invasion for industrial reasons. Little by little the environment became a very important area. In the oases there is a vegetation of rare plants with about 70 particular species. It is currently a protected area and since 1987 it is part of the Fauna Protection Oases.
