Forte Mitterberg

The Mitterberg Fort was built between 1885 and 1889. The building is part of the Austrian fortifications system on the Italian border. The property is owned by the Military State Property and is used as a deposit. Currently, the Municipality of Sesto is in negotiations for the purchase of the fort, with the aim of transforming it into a cultural and historical center of the country.
