Castello della Rocchetta

It is located in the province of Biella and was built around the 14th century. Initially its function was the purely defensive function of the City Ricetto, used to keep agricultural supplies and livestock. The other part of the castle instead, the northeastern one, was used as the home of the Lords of Sandigliano. Today the Castle opens its doors to the public as an accommodation facility with 16 accommodations.
