Castello Mediceo
The castle dates back to 1243 and has a quadrilateral structure with high corner towers. In 1532, it was purchased by Gian Giacomo Medici of the family of Nosigia of Milan, who transformed it into a marquisate. In 1981, the castle was purchased by the Province of Milan. In 1998, the restoration of the surrounding areas, halls and frescoes began dating back to the mid-16th century. The structure was reopened to the public in October 2001.
