The town of Furore is part of the majestic setting of the Amalfi Coast characterized by the presence of morphological elements extremely strong that unequivocally mark its structure.
One of these is the accentuated slope of the rocky ridge that overhangs to the sea. Other elements are the valloons, deep cracks that cross the coast penetrating inside it.
Furore is therefore famous for its fjord, which is one of the characteristic elements that mark the coastal landscape and that make the town famous for the 30 m high suspension bridge, from which, every summer, there is a stage of the World Championship of Diving from Great Heights.
The charm of the landscape excites with its flow of white houses climbing rocks, cobbled streets, majolica bell towers and a breathtaking view kissed by mother nature and from the hand of man who in this area offers art interventions in the open air making the landscape even more exciting.
The cozy and tiny seaside village was inhabited, among others, by director Roberto Rossellini who shot the film & ldquo; Love” and by actress Anna Magnani.
A small museum dedicated to them is housed in one of the houses in memory of the charm and places where the houses chase themselves overlooking the sea and where natural light merges with the murals created by Italian and foreign artists to represent the tradition and myths of the famous town.
