Real Casina di Caccia
The Real Casina di Caccia was erected in 1799 on a project by Carlo Chenchi, at the behest of King Ferdinand III of Sicily. Until the beginning of the 20th century, the building represented the most coveted holiday spot by the Palermo nobles. In 1871 it was entrusted to the Forest Administration. Since 2009, the property has been open to the public.
