Orto Botanico Hanbury

The Hanbury Botanical Gardens were built in 1867 by Thomas Hanbury, who was enchanted by the beautiful landscape and climate of Capo Mortola. Several particular plants of great pharmaceutical interest were cultivated from distant regions. In addition, fountains and antique objects were added to the garden. The Hanbury Gardens are open all year round.
