Museo di Mineralogia
The Museum of Mineralogy in Rome was established in 1804 by Pope Pius VII and is the oldest among all the museums of the University of Sapienza in Rome. Inside you can see more than thirty-four thousand specimens of minerals and special collections such as those of Lazio. In 2009, the Museum hosted the collection of giant crystals donated to Commendator Primo Rovis.
