Museo Civico

The Civic and Ceramics Museum was opened in 1991. Inside we find a large collection of the work of ceramics since the twelfth century, the Historical Archives of the Municipality, the Photo Library, the Library and numerous other important documents for the area. The most famous section, 'Ancient Popular Majolica di Ariano', contains about 250 well-preserved pottery works. The museum is open to the public.
