Residence Parco Lago di Garda is situated in a peaceful and sunny location with a fine lake view, just 50 meters from the lake. In a few minutes you can easily reach the historical center of Malcesine and the panoramic cableway Monte Baldo by walking or cycling along the lake on the new cycle-track. We offer you one-room apartments (kitchen/living room with a double sofa bed, WC with shower) and 2-rooms apartments (double bedroom, kitchen/living room with a double sofa bed, WC with shower), all with lake view, on the ground floor with garden or on the first floor with balcony. All apartments equipped with: garden/balcony with lake view, air conditioning/heating, safe, LCD SAT TV, internet Wi-Fi, fridge, dishwasher, microwave-oven, coffee-machine, toaster, kitchen tools. You can also enjoy our swimming pool and garden. There is a parking and a bike and surf storage available for you.

Surrounded by olive trees, lavender and rosemary our house is the perfect marriage between ecological architecture and contemporary creativity. A 5 minute drive from Lake Garda, we offer a new concept of hospitality more respectful of the environment and more attentive to the well-being of the guests. Developed and designed to be in harmony with the environment, it was built by following ecological guidelines as the photovoltaic system, the heating of water with solar thermal panels, air conditioning with heat pump and geothermal system, rainwater harvesting, low energy lighting.

For the company Valentina Cubi the organic production system has never been an orientation but a vocation. The Certification started with 3 hectares in 2010 and has been extended to the entire estate from 2014. The winemaker is Alessandro Filippi who adopts agronomic and oenological techniques suited to the production of “Wines of the Terroir”, in Italian “Vini di Territorio”, which respect and represent precisely their terroir of origin. The wines are fresher, harmonious, with a lingering hint of minerals. Tasters and experienced journalists often define these wines as the "Burgundy style wines from Valpolicella", because in them you appreciate the elegance, the harmony and freshness, without frills or superstructures.
