La Casa Rosa is an ancient farmhouse dating back to the last century, completely restored and renovated in 2011 according to modern standards of environmental sustainability. La Casa Rosa rises among the picturesque hills of Offida, 15 minutes from the Adriatic Sea and from the interesting sights of Ascoli Piceno. The Casa Rosa offers a pleasant and relaxing B&B with breakfast service included. For those who prefer greater autonomy without part with peace of the B&B, there is the new Belvedere apartment complex. In the relaxing rustic environment of a green oak wood, the B&B accommodation of the Angelini family lies half an hour away from the Monti della Laga and Monti Sibillini, 1 km from Offida, one of the "most beautiful villages in Italy". La Casa Rosa offers 6 rooms, one on the ground floor, which is suitable for disabled access and the remainder on the first floor. Each room features an en-suite bathroom, television, air conditioning and WiFi internet connection. Breakfast is served in the dining room on the ground floor.

Casa Adriana Bed and Breakfast is composed of two wide adjoining apartments and offers solutions personalized for night's passings single, braces or groups. Ortensia Apartment: A big flat, ideal for families, including a double room and a twin room, a main entrance, a toilet, a breakfast nook and a large terrace overlooking the main street. Oleander Apartment: A cosy and intimate flat, ideal for couples or singles, including a double room and a single room, a main entrance, a toilet, a breakfast nook and a terrace.

The Hotel, an art nouveau building, stands right in front of the sea in San Benedetto del Tronto, very close to from the center and from all sports and leisure facilities.

The property is located between the ordered ripane hills, halfway between sea and mountains, both visible from the site and reachable in a few tens of minutes. The land surrounding the house is populated by cultivations of olive trees, almond trees and vineyards of the farm Agostini Marina, products whose quality we find in the dishes offered to our guests. The holiday farm has three rooms with private bath with shower, rustic furnishings, independently regulated air conditioning, ceiling fans and hairdrier. The agriturismo has been renovated following the original building techniques, with materials drawn from the surrounding area (sands for the plaster and masonry come from the land the building stands on) and with green construction technologies (using paints and treatments of natural origin). The restaurant serves dishes drawn from the culinary traditions of the Marche region. All products used in the kitchen come from the farm itself or neighboring farms.
