Giglio Guesthouse is a simple but very welcoming accommodation if you wish to visit Florence, the crown jewel of the Italian Renaissance. Here, in the birthplace of such incredible figures as Galileo Galilei, Cosimo de’ Medici, and Dante Alighieri, history and art become more than just words on a page. Our guesthouse is located just outside of the restricted traffic zone, within walking distance of Santa Maria Novella train station and with easy access to Florence Airport. All of the many attractions that Florence has to offer are also within easy walking distance, or can be reached with our convenient public transportation. The guesthouse is surrounded by restaurants, bars, gelato shops, supermarkets, Laundromats, and any other kind of shop or service that you may need.
