Near the beautiful beach of Grottammare, known as the “Pearl of the Adria”, rises the Residence CostAzzurra a little but enchanting jewel immersed in a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. The Residence CostAzzurra, which stands out from among the others for its elegance, refinement and accuracy, is provided with each comfort to guarantee his guests an unforgettable stay. The reception open 24h a day would be glad to be helpful for any kind of information about events and festivals that are during the summer season. The 36 apartments developped on 5 levels and reachable by elevator are finely furnished and provided with all comforts like air-conditioning, Sat-TV , safe, phone and hairdryer. All apartments have a full equipped kitchen and thanks to the huge balkonies it is very pleasent to eat outside. Two swimmimgpools ( inside and outside ) and the big solarium terrace with umbrellas and sunbeds make it possible to have fun and leisure under the sun. Children can play in the baby-pool and in the garden with children's games. A moment of complete relax is offered by the whirlpool, sauna, turkish bath and gym.

On the beach every apartment has an umbrella, a sunbed and a sunchair. The bar offers breakfast also on the terrace, some snacks and ice-cream. The Residence is provided also with washing machines, parking place and bicycle rent for amusing trips on the long cycleway running on the sea front.
