A small town that owes its notoriety to the nearby center of Arbatax where is located the port and the small airport that works only d&d rsquo; summer. A part of Sardinia that remains a bit unknown but that has nothing to envy the most famous coasts.

In Tortoli 'you will find the church of S. Andrea Apostolo in the historic center. The church was built in the '600 and inside are the statues of the Madonna and Child and the Sleeping Virgin.

Open for a few years now is the Su Logu de s'Iscultura Museum. This museum is very special and divided into two parts. It is located in the center, in the former civic market and there are exhibitions of contemporary art organized. The other part of the museum is located everywhere on the territory of Tortoli, it does not have a fixed place, it is an open-air museum and the great works are placed in parks and streets and squares towns.

Arbatax is part of the municipality of Tortoli and is also the best known place, it is an important connection between the east coast and the rest of Italy.

Beautiful, massive Spanish towers remained as a testimony of the defense of the port. Near the port are the famous Red Rocks, they are beautiful rocks with a particular red color. Coming from the sea you can notice from afar, in front of the city in the middle of the sea.

The bays and beaches in the area are renowned and very beautiful. Cala Moresca is located at the foot of Capo Bellavista, both places are very nice. From Capo Bellavista you have a fabulous view of Arbatax and the sea, going down several steep ladders you arrive at Cala Moresca, absolutely enchanting with views of the red rocks and the blue sea.

The Lido di Orrì is the largest beach and between Tortoli and Arbatax there is also the Pond of Tortoli.
A little outside Tortoli is the archaeological park S. Salvatore with nuraghe, dolmen and the tomb of the giants, very interesting.
