Set amidst ancient oaks the Farm House “La Casa di Campagna” is situated 360 meters above sea level on the slopes of Appennines of the Umbria-Marche Regions, only 3 km away from the center of Fabriano, a zone of
high historical value and cultural and natural wonders: forests, monasteries, early medieval churches, castles and museums of rural tradition.
The farm offers the opportunity to enjoy a dinner of
'bio-tasting' products at “zero Km of distance”, also allowing guests to help in the preparation of them.
The farmhouse produces biological agriculture; while some grains come from neighbours, the farm grows
organic vegetables and greens, which can be collected directly from guests and brought into their kitchen to be prepared into exquisite meals.
In the shop located inside the farm, guests can find aromatic vinegars,
essential oils of lavender, hyssop, rosemary and honey, liqueurs made from ancient recipes of the Benedictine apothecaries. This tradition continues today in the laboratories of the Benedictine monks of the monastery of San Silvestro Montefano of Fabriano, with whom the farm collaborates in the production of the products listed above.
