The property is located between the ordered ripane hills, halfway between sea and mountains, both visible from the site and reachable in a few tens of minutes. The agriturismo has been renovated following the original building techniques, with materials drawn from the surrounding area (sands for the plaster and masonry come from the land the building stands on) and with green construction technologies (using paints and treatments of natural origin). The restaurant serves dishes drawn from the culinary traditions of the Marche region. All products used in the kitchen come from the farm itself or neighboring farms.
