The Palio is actually a competition between municipalities, which now may also participate in teams outside of Trentino. Each team is headed by your town, carrying the colors, flag, name and pride of belonging. Under this challenge, each year entire villages are mobilized, young and old, engaged in the notice or being the fans. The Palio dei Draghi has become a real festival with folk dancing and fun for all ages.
