Wedding and events at Villa Ca' Vendri in Verona

Wonderfully surrounded by a 60,000 square meter century-old park and just 6 km from Verona city centre, Villa Ca' Vendri is the ideal location for your important events. In the last few years, over 600 marriages have been celebrated within the Renaissance backgrounds and beautiful park, which has been used as a theatre and international film setting, as well.

The convenient location allows celebrating until late with the final overnight stay in a prestigious bedroom on the main floor, reserved to the newly married couple.

According to a special project, known as “Sposami a Verona”, Villa Ca’ Vendri has recently become a suggestive frame for civil weddings, as well. Located at Quinto di Valpantena within the scenario of the gentle Lessinia hills, Villa Ca’ Vendri is included in a wide list of ancient Venetian Villas, originally built in the 16th century as noble residences. Enriched with statues and frescos and specifically designed to create exclusive, quiet meeting places, Villa Cà Vendri is surrounded by green areas.

Comfortable parking access, set apart from the main building complex, offers an extraordinary quiet and cozy atmosphere in which catering and other services, offered by the villa’s staff, find a perfect combination of contemporary functionality with romantic and historical background.

Villa Ca’ Vendri is a perfect location for special events and celebrations. It is a favorite location not only for marriages, but also for meetings, conferences, cultural and other celebrating events that may include short stays of groups up to 25 people and accommodation up to 12 bedrooms with baths. Provided with a large room with more than 160 seats and two adjacent rooms for a total of 230 seats, fireplaces, libraries and golf facilities, a sauna, a small fitness room and a scenic swimming pool, covered with red bricks vaults, the Villa has maintained its original Renaissance style, thanks to the skilful restoration carried out by Gherardo Melloni who became the owner of Villa Ca’ Vendri in 1968.

Within short distance from the historical building, Verona is easily reachable also by bike. Besides the famous Arena opera amphitheatre, Juliet’s house and balcony, the Roman theatre and the Scaliger Bridge, Piazza delle Erbe is another top attraction of the city, considered as one of the most beautiful squares in Italy which attracts tourists all year round and offers a unique one-day excursion from Villa Ca’ Vendri.

Lake Garga and Vicenza (Palladio city) are only 45 minutes drive and Venice is at one hour train distance.
