Ca' del 'del Figo is a farmhouse surrounded by woods and hills of Lombardy, located in Varzi, an hour from Pavia and Piacenza, and an hour and a quarter from Milan.
Wake up early in the morning, when no one is around and still reigns the silence, you will see walking free in the park, deer, squirrels, goats, ponies, buffaloes and birds of all kinds.
Also here you will discover the system of cultivation and production of many organic fruits and vegetables that spring at Ca 'de Figo: apples, pears, berries and all the other first fruits, which are then used to create the genuine dishes restaurant.
You can meet and ride Appaloosa horses , horses of North American origin characterized by shiny coat in patches; they were the favorite horse of the Native American Indians, who used them to hunt the bison and to walk the vast American prairies.
At Ca 'del Figo Appaloosa foals are bred to be a minimum of 72% to a maximum of 97% pure-blooded Appaloosa original.
To allow young people and children to know and live at 360 degrees the country life and its animals, the farm organizes educational workshops and guided tours for families and children alike.
